"I can only describe Kate Beckinsale by *sqt s exquisite. Its tones are clean and subtle. It is so close to a photograph, yet upon closer look retains the markings of true artwork. Masterfully designed lines and colors."

Parts of the piece are like a photo and others aren't, and that throws me off some. The ear and nose look like they could have come from a photograph, and almost the eyelid. Then, the hair is flat in most of the piece, and the lips don't look quite right.
What I would do is definitely give the lips more texture so they don't look so smooth, and possibly go back and break up the hair a little more in places where the strands are a little too thick, especially in the upper right corner of the piece. It's so striking, and a bit more work could make it more cohesive and even better.
